Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods and related terms for purchases made through the Reunion Electrical Trading L.L.C. website.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Customers may pay through debit cards, credit cards or online bank transfer, subject to the available payment facilities.

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and other supported card networks) via a secure payment page or payment link.
• Online bank transfer — bank details are provided on the invoice.
• Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and corporate purchase orders, subject to credit approval for approved business accounts.

2. Order Processing

The order will be processed after payment is received and verified. Where applicable, a payment link or invoice copy will be provided to the customer. Orders that require a delivery quotation are not charged at checkout; payment is requested after the delivery charge and arrangements are confirmed with the customer.

3. VAT and Invoicing

Reunion Electrical Trading L.L.C. is VAT-registered in the United Arab Emirates. 5% UAE VAT is included in the checkout calculation and reflected in the final payment amount and on the invoice. A formal tax invoice will be issued for every completed order.

4. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is AED 100, excluding delivery charges and VAT, unless otherwise specified.

5. Corporate Billing and Credit Terms

Approved corporate clients may apply for credit billing terms (e.g., net 30/60 days), subject to a credit application and approval process. Credit terms, once approved, are documented separately and take precedence over standard payment terms for that account.

6. Payment Security

Online card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. Reunion Electrical does not store full card details on its servers.

7. Payment Failures and Order Holds

Orders with failed, incomplete, or unverified payments will be placed on hold and may be cancelled if payment is not completed within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-value or first-time corporate orders.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

An order cancellation charge of 30% of the order value applies to eligible cancellations. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after management approval, as described in our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Currency

All prices on the Site are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams). Customers paying from outside the UAE are responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by their bank or card issuer.
