Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to products purchased through the Reunion Electrical Trading L.L.C. website.

1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 7–10 calendar days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

2. Conditions for Return

• All returns are subject to inspection and approval in accordance with this policy.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
• Products must not show signs of installation, wiring, or physical alteration.
• A valid order number, invoice, or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect:

• Orders placed with exact catalogue / part numbers — the return can be accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect.
• Custom-ordered, special-order, or made-to-specification items (e.g., custom cable lengths, made-to-order panels).
• Products specifically sourced for a project/LPO at the customer's request.
• Items that are used, installed, or show evidence of wear.
• Clearance or final-sale items, where marked as such at the time of purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number, so we can arrange inspection, replacement, or refund.

5. Return Process

1. Contact our customer support team via phone +971 4 232 4421, email sales@reunionelectrical.com, or WhatsApp, with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review the request and issue a Return Authorisation if approved.
3. Return the goods to our designated warehouse (address below), packed securely.
4. Once received, inspected and approved by management, a refund or replacement will be processed.

6. Return Delivery Costs

Customers are responsible for returning eligible rejected goods to our designated warehouse at their own expense, unless otherwise agreed (for example, where we shipped the wrong item or there is a confirmed manufacturing defect).

7. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after management approval, subject to receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
• Refunds will not be processed for goods received in damaged, used or altered condition due to customer handling.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For orders paid via LPO or corporate account, refunds are processed as a credit note or bank transfer, as agreed with the corporate client.

8. Order Cancellation

An order cancellation charge of 30% of the order value will apply to eligible cancellations, subject to the applicable terms and conditions and any mandatory legal requirements. To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team at +971 4 232 4421 or sales@reunionelectrical.com with your order number as soon as possible.

9. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the standard Returns process described above will apply once the goods are received.

10. Bulk, Project and LPO Orders

For bulk, project-based, custom/special-order items, or orders placed via Local Purchase Order (LPO) or corporate account, cancellation requests are subject to review and to the terms agreed with the corporate client, in addition to this Policy, as materials may have already been procured or reserved on the customer's behalf.

11. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where a cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, the refund (less the applicable cancellation charge) will be processed in line with Section 7 (Refunds) above.
