Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy describes the warranty coverage applicable to products purchased from Reunion Electrical Trading L.L.C.

1. Manufacturer Warranty Pass-Through

Products sold by Reunion Electrical are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., Eaton, Schneider Electric, ABB, Crouse-Hinds, ELMARK, JA Solar, Brady, and other brands listed on the Site), where applicable. Warranty duration and terms vary by manufacturer and product category.

2. Certification Validity

Hazardous area and explosion-proof products are supplied with valid ATEX and/or IECEx certification, where applicable to the product category. Certificates can be provided on request to support project documentation and compliance requirements.

3. Warranty Claims Process

1. Contact our customer support team at +971 4 232 4421 or sales@reunionelectrical.com with your order number, product code, and a description of the issue.
2. Where required, provide photos or technical documentation supporting the claim.
3. Our team will coordinate with the relevant manufacturer or brand partner to assess the claim.
4. Approved claims will be resolved via repair, replacement, or manufacturer-issued credit, depending on the manufacturer's policy.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The following are generally excluded from warranty coverage, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modification.
• Normal wear and tear, or damage due to incorrect environmental/electrical conditions.
• Products used outside their rated specifications (e.g., voltage, hazardous area zone classification).
• Consequential or indirect losses arising from product failure.

5. Certificates on Request

Test certificates, conformity certificates, and compliance documentation (NEMA, UL, BS, IEC, ATEX, IECEx) can be requested at the time of order or after delivery, subject to availability from the manufacturer.
