These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reunion Electrical Trading L.L.C. website and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be legally authorized to enter into binding contracts to use this Site, including on behalf of a company or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, certifications (e.g., NEMA, UL, BS, IEC, ATEX, IECEx), and images accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Pricing, VAT and Errors

• All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
• 5% UAE VAT is included in the checkout calculation and reflected in the final payment amount and on the tax invoice.
• In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation.
• Prices for bulk, project-based, or LPO orders may be subject to separate negotiated terms.

4. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is AED 100, excluding delivery charges and VAT, unless otherwise specified.

5. Delivery

• Delivery schedule: Orders placed before 8:00 AM will be delivered within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability and delivery confirmation. For same-day requirements, customers must arrange collection directly from our warehouse.
• Delivery charges: Delivery charges are displayed as a separate line item at checkout. Orders above AED 500 qualify for free delivery in general, except to remote locations where required.
• Remote locations: Remote location delivery is subject to approval and service availability. Remote areas, locations outside our delivery network and restricted zones requiring gate passes are excluded unless approved in advance.
• Delivery quotation: For locations where standard delivery charges cannot be calculated, the order is subject to a delivery quotation and approval before confirmation.

6. Payment

Customers may pay through debit cards, credit cards or online bank transfer, subject to the available payment facilities. The order will be processed after payment is received and verified. Where applicable, a payment link or invoice copy will be provided to the customer. See our Payment Policy.

7. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to stock availability, payment verification and delivery-location approval. Orders requiring special delivery arrangements will be processed only after the delivery charges and arrangements are confirmed with the customer. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

8. Order Cancellation

An order cancellation charge of 30% of the order value will apply to eligible cancellations, subject to the applicable terms and conditions and any mandatory legal requirements. See our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

• Customers are responsible for returning eligible rejected goods to our designated warehouse at their own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after management approval, subject to receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
• Refunds will not be processed for goods received in damaged, used or altered condition due to customer handling.
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval in accordance with our return policy.
• For orders placed with exact catalogue / part numbers, the return can be accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect.

10. Corporate Accounts, LPOs and Purchase Orders

Reunion Electrical accepts Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and corporate purchase orders from approved business accounts, subject to credit approval and applicable payment terms. Corporate billing arrangements do not override the general terms of sale described in this document unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and brand materials, is the property of Reunion Electrical Trading L.L.C. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Reunion Electrical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through it, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
